Winter Coat A rare occurrence of hoare frost, ice and snow on the abandoned fire tower on the summit of Ishpatina Ridge, the highest elevation in Ontario, December 12. Temperature: minus 21 C. Pilot Stevens shot the photo from the cockpit of his helicopter. He caught a close-up of the cupola. |
