Boaters keep a channel open (for as long as possible into the season) through the ice from Boatline Bay and the main landing to the north tip of Temagami Island. A boat is exiting the north end of the channel (above, view looking south). The same boat is in the channel, marked by its V-wake (below). See close-up in Photos of the Month.
