In the background (above) is a customary late freeze-up section from
Chimo up to Alexander Island. It is mostly closed here. Cattle Island is
in the right background. This section (below) at Tamar in the South Arm is also nearly closed. It is likely the lake will be completely frozen over tomorrow on December 13. |
