APRIL 20, 2005 — What a change in the weather. Temperatures dropped overnight. The ice is hard again and floated up very white.

This morning it rained and was 4 C. By one p.m. it had cleared and reached 10 C. The wind was gusty from the north. Water levels are rising about 1.5 inches per day.
